Thanks for stopping by. I've spent the majority of my career on a mission to help financial institutions create a culture of transparency and collaboration through effective communication. Currently, I'm proud to be part of a team at Lighthouse CU building a new industry icon.

Throughout my career, I've seen firsthand how effective communication can transform an organization, foster better teamwork and clarify strategies. By sharing what I learn on my own journey, my goal is to introduce new methodologies that transform the financial industry.
